In short. You must be 18 or older. You buy a personal licence for one PC — it is not transferable and not a purchase of the software itself. Game enhancement software carries a real risk of account bans, and you accept that risk when you buy. Prices, term and availability are shown on the product page before checkout.

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website you are reading, the tools we offer through it, and everything else we provide in connection with them (together, the "Service"). References to "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator named in the imprint. References to "you" mean the person using the Service.

By placing an order, downloading one of our tools or opening a support request, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

2. Who may use it

The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract where you live. If you are younger than that, or if using software of this kind is not lawful where you are, you may not use the Service.

3. Your account and your details

Some parts of the Service require an account or an order record. You are responsible for keeping your access details confidential and for everything done with them. Please give accurate information and tell us straight away if you think someone else has gained access.

We may suspend or close an account if it shows signs of sharing, fraud or a breach of these Terms.

4. What you buy

When you order, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the tool you ordered on one computer, for the period shown on the product page. You do not acquire ownership of the software, its source code or any other part of the Service.

A licence is tied to the device it is first activated on. If you change hardware, contact us — we will handle the move manually where we reasonably can. Passing a licence on, reselling it or making it available to others is not permitted.

Where we offer a "lifetime" option, it means the remaining commercial life of that product as we operate it, not your lifetime and not an indefinite commitment to maintain it.

5. What you must not do

You agree not to:

  • share, resell, rent, lend or otherwise pass your licence or the software to anyone else;
  • take the software apart, decompile it or try to derive its source code, except where the law expressly allows this;
  • modify the software or build anything on top of it;
  • remove or obscure any ownership notices, identifiers or watermarks;
  • attack, overload or try to gain access to our systems, another customer's account, or any part of the Service that is not public;
  • use the Service to break the law or to harm anyone.

6. The risk you are accepting

This section matters more than any other, so please read it carefully.

Our tools are game enhancement software. Using software of this kind is very likely to breach the terms of service of the game you use it with, and we are not connected to, endorsed by or acting for any game publisher or platform. Our tools are independent products. They are not official tools, and they are not endorsed, sponsored or approved by any game maker. The games they relate to belong to their owners: Last War: Survival is developed by First Fun HK Ltd and published by FUNFLY PTE. LTD.; Counter-Strike 2 is developed and published by Valve Corporation. We do not claim any right in those names or marks, and we say this plainly rather than in small print.

That has consequences which are outside our control:

  • anti-cheat systems may detect the software, and detection methods change constantly;
  • game accounts, hardware identifiers or IP addresses may be suspended or banned, at any time and without warning, by the publisher or platform;
  • in-game items, progress, currency or purchases may be lost as a result.

We do not promise that any product is or will stay undetected. Nobody can honestly promise that. What we do promise is that we maintain our products and keep them working against current game versions — that is what the status page shows, and nothing on this website should be read as a safety guarantee.

You use the Service entirely at your own risk, and you accept the consequences described above, including any financial loss connected to a banned account.

7. Prices, payment and term

Prices and available durations are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout. Prices may change; the price you agreed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering through the payment provider offered at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details — they are handled by that provider.

Unless the product page says otherwise, a licence runs for the period you selected and then ends. It does not renew by itself, and we will not take further payments without a new order from you.

8. Availability, updates and downtime

Games patch constantly, and our tools have to follow. That means the Service is not available every minute of every day, and we do not promise uninterrupted operation.

Where a product is temporarily down or being updated, we publish that on the status page rather than leaving you guessing. Depending on the circumstances we may extend an affected licence — the refund policy describes when that applies.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By ordering, you confirm that you have read it.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access straight away, without a refund, if you breach these Terms — for example by sharing a licence, filing a chargeback in bad faith, or attacking our systems.

When the agreement ends, your right to use the Service stops immediately. Sections that by their nature should continue — ownership, liability, indemnity and applicable law — continue to apply.

11. Ownership

All software, design, text, branding and other content in the Service belong to us or to those who licensed it to us, and are protected by copyright and related laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you.

12. Content you send us

If you send us something — a review, a support message, a bug report — you allow us to store it and to use it to run and improve the Service. If we ever want to publish a review, we will only do so in a form that does not identify you unless you agree otherwise. You confirm that what you send is yours to send.

13. No warranty beyond what is promised

Outside of what is expressly described in these Terms and in the product description, the Service is provided as it is. We do not give any further warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. This does not affect any warranty that the law does not allow us to exclude.

14. Liability

To the extent the law permits, our total liability for all claims connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost game accounts, lost in-game items, lost profit, lost data or lost goodwill — even if we were told such loss was possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law, in particular for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or under mandatory consumer protection rules.

15. Indemnity

If a third party brings a claim against us because you breached these Terms or misused the Service, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending and settling that claim.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service or the law changes. The current version always lives on this page with the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will point it out — by email or a notice in your account. If you keep using the Service afterwards, the new version applies.

17. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the country named in the imprint, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence give you the right to sue, or to be sued, somewhere else.

Before going to court, please contact us. Almost everything is settled faster that way.

18. Contact

Questions about these Terms go to the contact address in the imprint, or through our support page.
