In short. We keep what is needed to sell you a licence and keep it working: your order, your contact details, and a hardware identifier that stops one licence running on ten computers. We do not sell anything to anyone, and we do not run advertising trackers.

1. Who is responsible

The controller responsible for the processing described here is the operator named in the imprint. For any question about this policy, or to exercise a right described below, use the contact details in the imprint or our support page.

2. What we collect

Order and licence data. When you buy, we receive the order reference, the product and duration, the amount, and the email address you gave. From that we create a licence: the product, the start and end of its term, and whether it is active.

A device identifier. On first run the tool derives an identifier from your hardware and sends it to our licence service, so that one licence cannot be used on many machines at once. It is a one-way hash — it cannot be turned back into your hardware details, and it is not used to follow you anywhere else.

Messages you send us. If you open a support request on Discord or through the site, we keep the conversation so we can help and so we can recognise recurring problems.

Technical logs. Our servers and licence service record the usual connection data — time, IP address, requested resource, result. These exist to keep the service running and to detect abuse.

3. What we do not collect

We do not collect your game account credentials, your in-game data, your chats, or the contents of your screen. Our tools do not read the memory of the game you play, and nothing from your machine is uploaded beyond the identifier described above.

4. Why we process it, and on what basis

  • To perform our contract with you — taking payment, issuing and validating the licence, delivering the download, and answering your support requests.
  • On the basis of our legitimate interest — protecting the service from licence abuse, fraud and attacks, and keeping it technically stable. We weigh that interest against your rights and keep the data involved to a minimum.
  • To meet legal obligations — retaining invoices and payment records for the period tax and commercial law requires.
  • On the basis of your consent — for anything optional, such as analytics cookies, which you can decline without losing access to the site.

5. Payment

Payments are handled by an external payment provider. Your card or wallet details go to that provider directly; they never reach us and we cannot see them. We receive only the confirmation that a payment succeeded, together with the order reference. The provider is a separate controller for the data it handles under its own privacy policy, which we recommend reading.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site stores one small value in your browser: your choice of light or dark appearance. It contains no identifier and is not sent to us.

If we use analytics, it is to understand which pages are visited and how people find the site — not to build a profile of you and not for advertising. Where the law requires it, analytics only run after you agree, and you can change that decision at any time.

7. How long we keep things

Licence data is kept while your licence exists and for a short period afterwards, so that extensions and support requests can still be handled. Invoice and payment records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires. Support conversations are kept for as long as they are useful for support, then deleted. Server logs are rotated and deleted on a short cycle.

8. Who else sees it

We share data only where it is necessary:

  • with the payment provider, to take and refund payments;
  • with our hosting and licence infrastructure, which stores the data on our behalf under contract;
  • with Discord, if you choose to contact us there — it processes the conversation under its own policy;
  • with authorities or courts, where we are legally obliged or where it is necessary to enforce our rights.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

9. Transfers outside your region

Some of the providers above may process data outside the country you live in. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law provides for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses, and we choose providers that offer them.

10. Your rights

Under data protection law you can ask us to:

  • confirm what we hold about you and give you a copy of it;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete data we no longer need for a legal or contractual reason;
  • restrict how we use it, or object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
  • hand data you gave us to you or to another provider in a common format;
  • withdraw consent you previously gave, with effect for the future.

Write to the contact address in the imprint. We answer within the period the law allows. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — usually the one where you live, work, or where the issue occurred.

Please note that we cannot delete data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.

11. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on infrastructure we keep patched and access-controlled. Where we handle session or licence data on your machine, we encrypt it. If a breach ever affects your data in a way the law requires us to report, we will tell you and the competent authority.

12. Minors

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.

13. Changes to this policy

If the way we handle data changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated. Significant changes will be pointed out.

14. Contact

Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests go to the contact address in the imprint, or through our support page.
